Quique is dispatched to a village in deep Spain Teruel to lead its politics of recuperation but soon discovers he was sent there so that his girlfriend and leader of his party could spend more time together。时旭深爱却误恨楚欣，以为女配捐心而百般感激、羞辱楚欣。实则楚欣捐心并换人工心脏。几番纠葛后时旭知真相，楚欣却“死”去。六年后重逢，楚欣带着酷似他的孩子，时旭误会孩子，终明真相后跪求原谅。。继《幸存者：卡加延》之后，再次以“体力v智力v美丽”为主题的一季，比赛地点是柬埔寨的瓜隆岛(Koh Rong)。。
