《脱口秀小会》是《脱口秀大会》第三季的衍生节目，是一档脱口秀演员舞台下全方位展示性格和人格魅力的语言类节目。每期将有4-7位脱口秀演员和李诞一起来到脱口秀小餐厅，大家将一起畅聊台前幕后、生活趣事、每个人不为人知的小特征等等，传递脱口秀演员幕后生活以及脱口秀演员之间的关系。。八个人去参加鸡尾酒会时与伊朗原籍保安一起被困于电梯中。其中包括一个胖子白领，一个帅哥金领带着自己的主播未婚妻，一个孕妇，该大楼的老板和自己的小孙女，一个有幽闭恐惧症的喜剧演员，还有个衣着土气的大妈。在他们焦灼地等待援救时，发现电梯里有个炸弹。。Director's Note “Our whole life can be nothing but one continued dream.
