在某个经常停电的都市中，恐怖四处蔓延，人们惶惶不可终日。一个连环杀手神出鬼没，以极其残酷的手法杀害女性。因其经常在停电时出没，所以被人们称为“停电夜杀手”。 某晚，七个素不相识的人被困在停电的写字楼内。他们中的克莉丝蒂•沃勒斯（Dominique Swain 饰）是唯一见过“停电夜杀手”容颜的人，而这也使她成为那个杀人恶魔的目标。其余六个人必须联合起来保护克莉丝蒂不被杀害，并找出逡巡在他们周围的杀手……。Kaewsai just graduated from Faculty of Communications and started working at a broadcast station owned by Mutthana, who is her father's lover. Her parents got divorced when she was a child and she was raised by her grandparents.
