徐浩峰武侠作品《师父》上映后两年，纪录片《挟刀揉手》问世。本片和电影《刀背藏身》的武术纪实《心思刀理》一脉相承，展示了《师父》这部电影的武术动作设计，以及廖凡、宋佳、蒋雯丽、金士杰等演员台前幕后的故事。本片通过电影《师父》拍摄过程中的片场纪实和对导演、主创人员的采访，深入展现了徐式武侠片真实、考究、专业的特点。观众从此片中亦能体会到徐浩峰导演的艺术创作理念和深邃、独到的武侠观。。Greece, in the 1920's, is occupied by the Turks. The country is in turmoil with entire villages uprooted. The site of the movie is a Greek village that conducts a passion play each year. The leading citizens of the town, under the auspices of the Patriarch, choose those that will play the parts in the Passion. A stuttering shepherd is chosen to play Jesus. The town butcher (who wanted to be Jesus) is chosen as Judas. The town prostitute is chosen as Mary Magdalene. The rest of the disciples are also chosen. As the movie unfolds, the Passion Play becomes a reality. A group of villagers, uprooted by the war and impoverished, arrive at the village led by their priest. The wealthier citizens of the town want nothing with these people and manipulate a massacre. In the context of the 1920's each of the characters plays out their biblical role in actuality.。On a desert planet, warlord Jared-Syn is trying to convince a tribe of mutants that he's their messiah and gain unlimited power hidden in a crystal. Ranger Dogen and explorer Dhyana, who's father was murdered by Syn, must stop him.。
